Privacy
This page is maintained by Hera Vanguard to answer common questions about how Vaulta handles user data. It is not a legal document and is not a certification of compliance with any specific regulation.
What we collect
When you create an account, Vaulta stores the email address you sign up with. Everything else — accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, merchants, rules, and notes — is data you enter yourself (or import) inside the app.
Vaulta does not currently connect to your bank on your behalf. You add accounts and transactions manually or by importing files you provide.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored in a managed cloud database hosted through Lovable Cloud. Access is scoped per user — only your account can read or write your own rows.
Who can see it
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Hera Vanguard, as the app operator, may access data only when necessary to fix a bug you have reported or to respond to a legal request.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and all associated data, email heravanguard@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Deletion is processed within a reasonable time and is permanent.
Cookies
Vaulta uses a session cookie/token to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set by the app.
